Neomycin Sulphate 150 g
Description :
Neomycin is an aminoglycoside with a bactericidal action against mainly Gram-negative bacteria like E. coli, Klebsiella, Pasteurella, Salmonella and Staphylococcus .
Neomycin acts by inhibiting the synthesis of the microbial protein .
Indications :
Poultry :
In cases of bacterial enteritis caused by E-coli and Salmonella causing white diarrhea and paratyphoid and disorders related to C.R.D, it's also used to decrease the mortality in the hatched chicks .
Calves and lambs:
in cases of bacterial enteritis which leads to diarrhea caused by E-coli.
It is also used in the urinary infections caused by E-coli .
Usage :
Oral with drinking water
Dosage :
Poultry : 1 g per 1 liter of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Calves : 10-15 g per animal daily for 3 - 5 days.
Lambs : 3.5-5 g per animal daily for 3 - 5 days.
Withdrawal Period :
Poultry: Meat :3 days eggs : 4 days
Calves and sheep: Meat : 7 days Milk : 3 days .
Storage conditions :
Store in airtight containers, in a moderate temperature (15-25 C) and protect from direct sunlight .
