Composition :

Each 1 ml contains

Penicillin G Procaine   300000 IU

Description :

Penicillin G procaine is an antibiotic basically active against gram-positive micro-organisms (Campylobacter , Clostridium, Corynebacterium , Haemophilus, Listeria, Pasteurella

Indications :

  • Arthritis
  • Mastitis
  • Gastrointestinal, respiratory, urinal infections caused by Micro-organism susceptible to Penicillin

Contraindications :

  • Hypersensitivity to Penicillin
  • Animals with hepatic failure

Usage :

For intramuscular injection

Dosage :

Cattle, Horse : 15-25 ml

Calves, Foals, Sheep, Goat : 3 -10 ml

Dogs :0.5-5 ml

Cats : 0.5 1 ml

(for 3-4 days, dose can be repeated in severe cases)

Precautions :

  • Not to be administrated by I.V route.
  • Not to be administrated for rabbits.

Withdrawal period :

Meat : 3 days   Milk 2 days.

Storage conditions :

Store in airtight containers, in a moderate temperature (15-25 C) and protect from direct sunlight, freezing should be avoided.

Packing :

Vial of 100 ml.
