Composition :
Each sachet of 100 g contains:
Sulphadimidine Sodium 12.5 g
Sulphathiazole Sodium 12.5 g
Sulphadiazole Sodium 12.5 g
Description :
All sulphanomides acts against the synthesis of Para Amino Benzoic Acid which is essential in the synthesis of the DNA of the microbe cell .
Sulphonamides also acts against Folic Acid which is essential in the microbe metabolism .
The combination of these three sulphanomides results in a wide range of effect against broad spectrum of gram- positive and gram- negative micro-organisms .
Indications :
Gastrointestinal, respiratory and urogenital infections caused by sulphanomides sensitive microorganisms like E.coli, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Pasteurella, Salmonela in camel, cattle, sheep, goats, and poultry
Contraindications:
- hypersensitivity to sulfonamides.
- animals with a renal or Hepatic failure.
Usage :
Oral with drinking water
Dosage :
Camels, cattle, sheep and goats : 1g per 10 kg of body weight .
Poultry : 200 g per 200 liter of drinking Water .
Precaution :
Not to be administrated for more than 5 days because of the accumulation of the sulphanomides in the kidney .
Withdrawal Period :
Ruminants: Meat : 5 days Milk : 3 days
Poultry: Meat :5 days eggs : 4 days
Storage conditions :
Store in airtight containers, in a moderate temperature (15-25 C) and protect from direct sunlight .
