Enrofloxacin 100 mg
Description :
Enrofloxacin belongs to the group of fluoroquinolones and acts bactericidal against both gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. It is also active against Mycoplasma.
Indications :
Gastrointestinal, respiratory and urinary tract infections, caused by micro-organisms susceptible to enrofloxacin (pasteurella, salmonella, mycoplasma, E-coli, Campylobacter, and Haemophilus) in camels, cattle, sheep and goats.
Contraindications :
- Hypersensitivity to Enrofloxacin
- Animals with liver or renal failure
Side effects:
Hypersensitivity reactions.
Interactions:
Not to be administrated together with Tetracyclines, Chloramphenicol, Macrolides and Lincosamides.
Usage :
For intramuscular and subcutaneous injection
Dosage :
The general dose : 1 ml per 40 kg body weight for 4-5days
Withdrawal period :
Meat: 21 days Milk : 4 Days
Storage conditions :
Store in airtight containers, in a moderate temperature (15-25 C) and protect from direct sunlight
