Levamisole Hydrochloride 30 mg
Description:
Levamisole and oxyclozanide act against a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal worms and against lung worms.
Levamisole is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic and active against adult and most larval stages of intestinal nematodes and lungworms in Ruminants.
Oxyclozanide is a salicylanilide and acts against Trematodes, and bloodsucking nematodes .
Indications:
Prevention and treatment of: Gastrointestinal nematodes: Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Ostertagia, Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Chabertia, Bunostomum, lungwormin: Dictyocaulus liverfluke: Fasciola Hepatica . |
Contraindications:
- Avoid administration of during early pregnancy.
- Animals with renal or hepatic failure .
- Hypersensitivity to oxyclozanide and/or levamisole .
Side effects:
Overdosages can cause excitation, lachrymation, sweating, excessive salivation, coughing, hyperpnoea, vomiting, colic and spasms.
Usage:
For oral administration
Shake well before use
Dosage:
Cattle, calves: 2.5 ml per 10 kg of body weight.
Sheep and goats: 1 ml per 4 kg of body weight.
Withdrawal period:
Meat: 28 days, Milk: 4 days.
Storage conditions:
Store in airtight containers, in a moderate temperature (15-25 C) and protect from direct sunlight.
