Levamisole HCl 150 mg
Description :
Levamisole is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic and active against adult and most larval stages of intestinal nematodes and lungworms in Ruminants.
Indications :
Levamin is used in treatment and control of the following :
Cattle:
Trichostrongylus axei, Haemonchus contortus, Cooperia oncophora, Nematodirus helvetianus, adult Bunostomum phlebotomum, Oesophagostomum radiatum and Chabertia ovina and the lungworm Dictyocaulus viviparus.
Sheep & Goat:
Ostertagia circumcinta, O. leptospicularis, Trichostrongylus colubriformis, T. vitrinus, Chabertia ovina, adult Trichostrongylus axei, Haemonchus contortus, Cooperia oncophora, C. curticei, Nematodirus filicollis, Bunostomum trigoncephalum and Oesophagostomum venolosum and the lungworm Dictyocaulus viviparus.
It's also used to improve the immunity in all animals
Contraindications :
Should not be used in Lactating animals.
Usage:
For subcutaneous injection
Dosage :
The general dose : 1 ml per 20 kg body weight
Precaution :
Milk produced during treatment should be discarded
Withdrawal period :
Meat 7 days.
Storage condition :
Store in airtight containers, in a moderate
temperature (15-25 C) and protect from direct sunlight
Packing :
Vial of 100 ml.
