Calcium gluconate 240 mg
Magnesium chloride 24 mg
Boric acid 60 mg
Description :
Calcium is required to liberate acetylcholine, a chemical substance released from nerve endings to activate muscles. Without calcium the cows muscular activity is affected as during parturition when a massive demand of calcium occurs, which can result in hypocalcaemia.
Indications :
Prevention and treatment of milk fever and cases of deficiency in Calcium and Magnesium,
Usage :
For slow intravenous, intramuscular and subcutaneous injection
Therapeutic dosage :
Camels, cattle and horses : 250-500 ml
Sheep and goats : 50-100 ml
Precautions :
Should be administrated slowly in the case of intravenous route
Storage conditions :
Store in airtight containers, in a moderate temperature (15-25 C) and protect from direct sunlight
