Composition:
Each Pack of 100 g contains:
Turpentine 8 g
Camphor 8 g
Iodine 80 mg
Potassium Iodide 170 mg
Description:
Turpentine increases the blood flow in the infected area leading to relieving the edema.
Camphor acts as sedative and superficial local anesthetic.
Iodine is a microbicidal.
Potassium Iodide passes through the soft and hard tissues leading to increase the effects against bacteria in the subcutaneous tissues and the muscles till reaching the bone tissue as in actinomycosis.
Indications:
- Treatment of udder odema and congestion.
- Treatment of lameness and arthritis in cattle, camels, camels, sheep, and goats.
- Treatment of Actinomycosis in cattle.
Usage and Dosage:
For external use only
Wash the infected area with tepid water then dry and apply the ointment by finger with lightly massage into the area daily, the treatment should be continued till recovery.
Storage conditions:
Store in airtight containers, in a moderate temperature (15-25 C) and protect from direct sunlight.
