Description:
Tilmicosin is an antibiotic belongs to the group of Macrolides .
It acts mainly against gram-positive bacteria and some of gram-negative bacteria. It is also active against Mycoplasmas.
Indications:
Poultry: It is recommended for the respiratory diseases associated with Pasteurella haemolytica and P. multocida – Mycoplasma septicum and M. synovi
Contraindications:
Not to be used in laying birds whose eggs are used for human consumption .
Usage:
Oral With Drinking Water
Dosage:
Poultry: 75 ml per 200 liter of drinking water for 3 consecutive days
Withdrawal period:
Meat: 7 days .
Storage conditions:
Store in airtight containers, in a moderate temperature (15-25 C) and protect from direct sunlight .
